After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

  • All items (excluding sale items) have a FOURTEEN (14) DAY money back guarantee minus shipping and handling.
  • When returning please email Returns@borntopurple.com or call customer service at 1-857-362.9553 to obtain RA # for the return of your item.
  • Please write the RA # on the outside of your return package and include a COPY of your original invoice INSIDE the return package.
  • When sending your item back please ensure you receive a tracking number from carrier, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit to our facility.
  • Once item is received we will inspect the item to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and unscented! Oyea… must have all original tags on item(s)!

Swap: Ok, so you like the item but maybe it’ll look better in a different color or size? Or, you don’t want a refund but you’d rather get a different item altogether?
  • You have fourteen (14) days to swap an item from date of delivery.
  • Please contact our Swap’s department at Swap@BorntoPurple.com or call customer service at 1-857-362.9553 to obtain SA #.
  • Write the SA# on the outside of the package and include a COPY of your invoice.
  • When sending your item back please ensure you receive a tracking number from carrier, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit to our facility.
  • Once item is received we will inspect the item to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, unscented, and with original tags. Once confirmed, we will then process your swap within 2-3 business days. But please allow 7-10 business days for item to be delivered.
  • Good news, we’ll even pay for the shipping of the swapped item! If the swap is greater or lesser value than your original item, we will refund or charge accordingly excluding shipping and handling.

  • Do you do consignment?
    We are always open to selling new lines. Email our VP of Sales & Marketing Sam@BorntoPurple.com with a quick description of the item(s) you want us to sell.
  • How do I get a discount?
    We understand that your rent might be due and you’re spending your whole check on that new outfit. We’ll we have different ways that you can save money! Banners, MySpace tag, Frequent Buyer Points. Sometimes it can even be a shout-out just send links to the magazine article, video of the TV shout-out, and scanned image of school newspaper, anything... Be creative
